Suitable for tiled roofs with external pipe diameters of 125mm to 225mm, the lead base size is 705mm x 501mm, the upstand is made from EPDM and is suitable for low temperatures. Low Temp Black EPDM Size 125-225mm Lead Base 705 x 501mm.
The built in 20° pitch allows adaptability to almost any roof pitch including 45°. The pull tab design and easy smooth tear grooving is intended to eliminate cutting by knife and allow for a circular hole. Coated lead meaning it's safe to work on, anti-corrosive and won't stain the roof.
