Please note all deliveries for orders over £150.00 net will be free of charge to UK mainland during normal working hours Monday to Friday. Delivery times - usually 1-3 working days (this is just a guide). During December delivery lead times make take longer.

Please note: Whilst every endeavour is made to get your delivery to you please do not pre-book any installers or tradesman until your order has arrived and you have checked your order is complete and undamaged. Our couriers and Delivery team do all in their power to deliver on time and on the day requested but on rare occasions there could be traffic or other issues for our courier and these are out of our control, so we ask our customers not to book any trades people until you order has safely arrived and checked off by you.

Returns

Please contact us before making your return. You must ensure you fill out our Returns Form which we will send to you for all goods you wish to return to us. You will need to request a Returns form from us first to ensure you are within our returns policy period. All returns should meet our Returns Policy as described in our Terms and Conditions.
