We had a really great experience with the staff supporting our Flue system dilemma.After having an outdoor kitchen built and purchasing a pizza oven the heat was getting too hot for the wooden roof. After contacting Flue Direct and sending them a photo and the dimensions, they were able to help remotely. Ordered everything we need ( I didn’t have a clue). All the parts arrived the next day and was literally plug and play and fitted perfectly! The quality and finish is also great!Great service and great product. I would highly recommend to anyone. 1st class customer service!I had a problem with my order when it arrived, so emailed them late on a Friday afternoon. They made a point of calling me before they closed to talk this over with me before they left for the weekend. They were very patient and understanding listening to my concerns and suggested a solution to one of the problems. I tried their solution which worked, so called them back on the following Monday to let them know this and to say that it was therefore just one faulty part. Received a reply within minutes saying they would send out a replacement. This arrived first thing the next morning. Absolutely fantastic after sales service and would not hesitate to recommend them!

I just wish to say thanks very much to the Team at Flue Direct. There was an issue -part of the order damaged in transit I believe and a few marks/dents asa result of this (I would suggest the courier was at fault, not the supplier). Amy sorted the issue out amicably, swiftly and professionally to my delight; replacements have arrived and they are spot on.It was lovely to speak with Amy a couple of times on the phone and I look forward to installing the chimney flue in the DIY wood fired pizza oven that I am finalising this coming weekend.I wish you every success with your business going forward from here and would be happy to recommend you to friends inthe future.
