Exciting opportunity within an established UK business in a multifunctional role based in modern, sociable offices in the centre of Stamford (car parking included).

Established in 2001, Flue Direct Ltd is a leading online UK retailer in it’s market. Managing the online store - Order processing and management, liaising with suppliers and customers and maximising sales.

Sales Advice and Customer Service - Advising end users and businesses on the products, order queries and order processing. Good written and verbal communication skills essential.

Website Management - Updates and online improvements to maintain and improve. Assist to improve usability of website, increase sales, conversion through tracking.

Manage social media content and marketing to generate orders.

Training on product range, market and their application will be provided.

An understanding / ability in website design and development an additional advantage. Salary dependent on experience and skill set. £18-£25K plus bonus. Car parking included. Central Stamford offices.

We are currently recruiting for a Technical Sales Advisor.

 Established for more than 15 yrs Flue Direct is growing from strength to strength and we are currently looking for someone to join the team in the position of Sales Advisor / Technical Engineer. Full training will be provided. As you can see we supply flue and chimney products online, distributing throughout the UK.and we also have a Trade Counter too where the trade and public can visit us and collect from store.

We pride ourselves on offering the very best advice and support to our customers as we know that will make people come back time and time again. We have built up a strong business based on reputation and excellent customer service levels.

The role will involve assisting and advising our customers on their requirements over the phone and face to face. Part of this will involve offering the very best in technical advice on products and installation of the flue systems (full training will be given for this). Customer services, administration, ordering stock, processing orders and generating new sales will all form part of this role.

Assistance in our Social Media presence will also be involved e.g. posting new stories, picking up on new business opportunities, responding to customer interaction in order to drive sales and raise the brand and company visibility.

We offer full training and fellow team members are always on hand to help!
