Details
A flexible flue liner nose cone is a protective cap placed on the end of a flexible flue liner during installation to prevent damage and snagging as it's lowered down the chimney. It's typically made of aluminum and secured with tape, or sometimes a draw cord, to the liner. The nose cone facilitates a smoother, safer installation process, ensuring the liner doesn't catch on brickwork or other obstructions within the chimney.
