Details

A Twin Wall Base Plate with drain is a stainless steel component used in insulated chimney systems to cap the bottom of the flue while allowing condensed moisture (condensate) to drain away. It is placed at the very bottom of a vertical twin-wall insulated chimney system to support the weight of the pipes. It serves as a structural support base, often with a 1/2" drain connection, used in both internal and external vertical flue installations.
